【摘要】 目的　研究米红膏对大鼠烫伤的治疗作用。方法　将大鼠随机分为实验组 (米红膏组 ) ,阳性对照组(湿润烧伤膏组 )和阴性对照组 (空白对照组 )。造成大鼠深 °烫伤及浅 °烫伤动物模型后 ,分别涂布给药 ,单笼饲养 ,观察第 7、15天的创面结痂面积和脱痂愈合时间。结果　实验组第 15天的创面结痂面积小 ,结痂愈合时间短 ,与阴性对照组相比差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,与阳性对照组比较无显著差异 ;脱痂后皮肤病理学检查结果表明 ,实验组愈合效果好于阴性对照组 ,与阳性对照组无明显区别。结论　米红膏治疗烫伤疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of mihong ointment on scalded rats.Methods Rats were ran domly divided into test group(mihong ointment),positive control group(moist burm ointment) and negative control group (no treatment)respectively.The drugs were administered topically on the surface of scalded places respectively after mashing deep partial thickness and superficial partial thickness scald models in rats.The rats were bred separately. The scabbed areas of the wound on the fifteenth day and the decrustation time were recorded.Results The scabbed areas of the wound on the fifteenth day were smaller and the decrustation time was shorter in the test group than that of the negative control group with significant differences(P<0.01), but at the same level with the positive control group. The pathological examination on the skins after decrustation showed that the healing effect of the test group was better than that of the negative control group, similar to the positive control group.Conclusion Mihong ointment appeared to be an effective preparation for treating scalds.更多还原
