【摘要】 目的　研究肺癌和正常肺组织中基质金属蛋白酶 MMP2 和 MMP9的表达。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法检测 31例非小细胞肺癌 (NSCL C)组织标本和 10例正常肺组织 MMP2 和 MMP9的表达。结果　 NSCL C者 MMP2 表达阳性 19例 (6 1.3% ) ,MMP9表达阳性 2 6例 (83.9% )。正常肺标本 MMP2 和 MMP9表达均为阴性。NSCL C与正常肺标本比较差异均有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　在 NSCL C中 ,高表达的 MMP2 和 MMP9均是良好的肿瘤标记物 ,MMP9阳性率比 MMP2 更高 ,因此 MMP9的检测具有更大的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2) and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP 9) in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of MMP 2 and MMP 9 in 31 cases of NSCLC and 10 cases of normal lung tissue.Results The positive expression of MMP 2 and MMP 9 was demonstrated 61.3%(19/31) and 83.9%(26/31)respectively.The positive immunoreactivities of MMP 2 and MMP 9 were all negative among 10 normal lung specimens.The expressionS of MMP 2 and MMP 9 in NSCLC were significantly different with the normal lung specimens.Conclusion MMP 2 and MMP 9 have high expressions in NSCLC and they were good tumor markers.The positive rate of MMP 9 is higher than MMP 2,detection of MMP 9 has more clinical significance.更多还原
