【摘要】 目的　探讨改良护理措施在妇科腹部手术围手术期的作用。方法　将 136例腹部手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各 6 8例。对照组采用传统的护理方法 ;观察组实施改良护理。结果　观察组和对照组比较 :术后肠蠕动恢复时间、肠排气时间明显缩短 ,各种并发症明显减少 ,P<0 .0 5。结论　改良护理措施可减轻妇科腹部手术患者痛苦 ,促进康复 ,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of improved nursing in gynecological patients of abdominal operation during peri-operation period.Methods 136 cases of gynecological patients after abdominal operation were randomly divided into observe group and control group,each including 68 cases.The traditional nursing methods were adopted in the control group and improved nursing methods in the observed group.Results The differences between the two groups was significant at the recovering time of enterokinesia,carminative time and the happening of operative complications (P<0.05).Conclusion The woundless nursing can lessen the patients′,affliction extent,operative complications and improve the recovery.更多还原
