【摘要】 目的　探讨神经源性膀胱手术方式的选择方法与疗效。方法　对 94例神经源性膀胱患者选择不同术式进行手术治疗 ,观察比较其手术前后尿动力学检查结果。结果　本组 94例 ,常用手术方式为盆底肌加强、膀胱颈悬吊、膀胱扩大、Malone术和输尿管抗反流术 ,其中 4种以上手术组合 32例 (34.0 4 % ) ,3种手术组合 5 3例(5 6 .38% ) ,2种手术组合 9例 (9.5 7% )。手术后尿动力学指标明显改善。结论　手术是治疗神经源性膀胱的有效方法 ,但常需要数种手术的组合才能有效改善排尿、排便功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecfive To explore the surgical procedure of neurogenic bladder and analyse its therapeutic effect.Methods Summarized 94 patients with neurogenic bladder,analyzed their surgical procedures,pre-operative and postoperative urodynamic datas.Results The surgical procedure including suspension of pelvic floor,suspension of bladder neck,bladder augmentation,Malone procedure and anti-reflect of ureter,and there were 4 kinds of surgical procedures used in 32 cases,3 kinds of that used in 53 cases,2 kinds of that used in 9 cases.The urodynamic datas of post-operation were much better than that of pre-operation.Conclusions The surgical procedures are still the effective methods for neurogenic bladder.Whenever,those patients often need much more surgical procedures for improving urination and defecation.更多还原
