【摘要】 目的　探讨糖尿病 (DM)和 (或 )高血压 (EH)对心血管病变的影响 ,以及降压和控制血糖的意义。方法　选择 2型 DM患者 16 8例 ,EH患者 112例 ,DM+EH患者 12 0例 ,正常对照组 110例 ,4组均测定空腹及餐后 2小时血糖和 C肽、糖化血红蛋白、血脂谱。 EH患者采用非洛地平为主的治疗方案 ,控制血压达目标值。随诊3年观察心血管病变发生情况。结果　 DM+EH组、DM组、EH组心血管并发症患病率依次为 2 2 .5 %、15 .5 %、11.2 % ,治疗血压达目标值后 ,DM+EH组、EH组心血管并发症总发生率为 2 .6 %。结论　对 DM+EH患者 ,在良好控制血糖的同时强化血压达标 ,可减缓心血管并发症发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of blood pressure and glucose metabolism on cardiovascular events and estimate the meaning of controled blood pressure and glucose in type 2 diabetic and/or hypertension patients.Methods 168 cases with T2DM,112 cases with hypertension,120 cases with T2DM and hypertension were selected randomly.110 healthy persons served as control.The level of serum glucose,C-peptide,lipids,GHbA1c were tested.Treated program using felodipine added other drugs applied in 232 patients with hypertension and blood pressure controled to target value.Onset of cardiovascular disease was observed for three-year follow-up.Results Prevalence of cardiovascular disease in DM with hypertension group,DM group,hypertension group were 22.5%,15.5%,11.2%.Prevalence of cardiovascular disease in DM with hypertension group,hypertension group were 2.6% when blood pressure controled to target value in the groups.Conclusion To strengthen blood pressure controled to target value,the same controled blood glucose better may cause the more beneficial in DM with hypertension patients.更多还原
