【摘要】 目的　探讨食管粘膜复方碘溶液染色正常和异常区域端粒酶活性与病理变化的相关性。方法　采用以 PCR为基础的端粒重复序列扩增法对 1.5 %复方碘溶液食管粘膜染色异常的 32例 (35处病灶 )患者进行端粒酶活性检测及病理细胞学检查 ,以 2 6例染色正常区域标本作对比。结果　 35处食管粘膜染色异常区域端粒酶阳性表达 8例 ,其中食管癌 4例、中 -重度非典型增生 3例、轻度非典性增生 1例。而 2 6例染色正常区域食管粘膜中仅 1例端粒酶阳性表达 ,两者相比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。病理结果显示 ,碘染色异常区域食管癌 4例、中 -重度非典型增生 6例、轻度非典型增生 9例 ;碘染色正常区域仅 1例轻度非典型增生。食管粘膜碘染色异常、端粒酶活性增高、病理细胞学改变之间存在明显相关性。结论　食管粘膜碘染色异常区域端粒酶活性显著增高 ,常伴食管癌。复方碘染色是食管癌筛查的良好方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relationship between telomerase activity of iodine staining normal and abnormal regions of esophagus mucosa and pathology.Methods Telomerase activity and cytology character were measured in 35 abnormal lesions among 32 cases stained with 1.5% Lugol’s solution,and 26 normal mocusas from para-lesions were seleted as the controls.Telomerase activity was detimined by the PCR-based telomeric repeat complification protocal method.Results There were 8 positive cases of telomerase activity among 35 staining abnormal lesions.4 carcinoma cases,3 middle-severe dysplasia and 1 mild dysplasia case were detected among 8 positive cases.Then,there was 1 positive case of telomerase activity in 26 staining normal mucosa.There was statistically significant difference between iodine-stain normal and abnormal region,P<0.05.For histologic cytology,4 carcinoma cases,6 middle-severe dysplasia cases and 9 mild dysplasia cases were detected among 35 staining abnormal lesions.1 mild dysplasia case was found out in 26 staining normal mucosa.Conclusion Telomerase activity of iodine staining abnormal region is outstanding high on esophagus mucosa,frequently accompanying esophageal carcinoma or dysplasia.Iodine staining is good method on screening esophageal carcinoma.更多还原
