【摘要】 目的　探讨核因子 -κB (NF-κB)在癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测 64例胃癌组织、 12例非典型增生和 10例正常胃黏膜组织中 NF-κBP6 5蛋白的表达 ,并分析其与胃癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果　胃癌组织中 NF-κBP6 5 的阳性表达主要位于胞浆 ,其表达阳性率为 59.4% ,显著高于不典型增生及正常胃黏膜组织 ,NF-κBP6 5 的表达与胃癌临床分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关 ,与组织类型无关。NF-κBP6 5 表达阴性患者其 3年生存率明显高于阳性患者 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　 NF-κBP6 5 是与胃癌相关的一种癌蛋白 ,可能在胃癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of nuclear facto r0κB(NF0κB) in gastric c arcinoma and the relationship to clinica l pathology Methods The e xpressions of N F0κΒP 65 protein in 64 cases of pancre at ic carcinoma,12 cases of atypical hyperp lasia tissues and 10 cases of normal tis sues were studied by immunohistochemistr y,and its relationship to tumor clinical pathology and prognosis were analyzed Results The positive express ion of NF0κB P 65 protein was located in cytoplasm an d positive expression of rates in gastri c carcinoma were 59 4%,which higher than that of atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal tissues The relationship was detec ted between the expression of NF0κBP 65 a nd tumor clinic stage,invasion depth an d lymph node metastasis,but no relations hip to tissue type The 30year survival r ate of patients with NF0κBP 65 negative expression si gnificantly higher than that of patients w ith NF0κBP 65 positive expressio n( P<0 05) Conclusions NF0 κ BP 65 may be an important onc oprotein in gastric carcinoma,and play an k ey role in tumorgenesis更多还原
