【摘要】 目的　探讨垂体 Rathke囊肿的诊断与治疗。方法　对 2 2例主要表现为头痛、视力损害和全垂体功能低下 ,MR及 CT检查诊断为垂体 Rathke囊肿的患者采用手术清除囊肿 ,其中 2 0例采用经蝶窦入路 ,2例采用经翼点入路。结果　术后头痛均缓解 ,88%视力损害明显恢复 ,80 %全垂体功能低下明显恢复 ,1例好转。结论　尽管垂体 Rathke囊肿的临床及影像学表现呈多样性 ,但某些临床及影像学特征有助于本病的诊断。经蝶窦显微手术清除囊肿是治疗垂体 Rathke囊肿的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pituitary Rathke’s cleft cysts Methods 22 patients with pituitary Rathke’s cleft cysts diagnosised by CT and MRI,whose typical clinical manifestations included headache,visual disturbance panhypopituitarism,were treated by microsurgery 20 patients were treated by transsphynoidal microsurgery, and 2 were treated by pterional approach Results After the operations, headaches were all resolved, visual disturbance were improved in 88%,panhypopituitarism were resolved in 80% and improved in 20% Conclusion The clinical and imaging manifestations of pituitary Rathke’s cleft cysts were varied, some clinical and imaging features were helpful to the correct diagnosis Transsphynoidal microsurgery verify the diagnosis and resolve the symptoms, which is the effective way to treat the pituitary Rathke’s cleft cysts更多还原
