【摘要】 目的 :建立HPLC法测定葛连止泻颗粒中葛根素的含量。方法 :色谱柱为BeckmanODSC18柱 ;流动相为甲醇 2 .5 %醋酸溶液 (2 5∶75 ) ;流速 1.0ml·min-1;检测波长 2 5 0nm。结果 :线性范围 0 .1～ 1.0 μg (r =0 .9998) ,平均加样回收率为 98.6 4 % ,RSD =1.72 %。结论 :本法灵敏、快速、准确 ,可用于葛连止泻颗粒的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Gelian Zhixie granule. Methods: The chromatographic conditions were Beckman ODS C 18 colum,mobile phrase of methonal -2.5% acetic acid (25∶75),flow rate of 1.0 ml·min -1 and detection wavelength at 250 nm. Results: The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.1～1 μg with the correlation coefficient 0.9998.The average recovery was 98.64% with RSD=1.72%(n=5). Conclusion: The HPLC method is sensitive, rapid and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Gelian Zhixie granule.更多还原
