【摘要】 目的 :评价保存羊膜联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 :对 8例8眼复发性翼状胬肉行胬肉切除联合保存羊膜联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术。结果 :随访患者 6～ 2 2个月 ,无 1例复发。结论 :保存羊膜联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗复发性翼状胬肉的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane with limbal stem cells autografts for recurrent pterygium.Method: 8 cases ( 8 eyes ) with recurrent pterygiun were treated with transplantation of preserved amniotic membrane with limbal stem cells autografts after excison.Result: All the patients were followed up for 6～22 months without recurrences.Conclusion: Transplantation of autografts preserved amniotic membrane with limbal stem cells autografts is effect and safe for treatment of the recurrent pterygium.更多还原
