【摘要】 目的 :观察鼻内镜手术后MEBO的疗效。方法 :对 6 0例双侧慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜下双侧鼻窦手术 ,随机决定一侧鼻腔用MEBO换药 ,另一侧鼻腔用传统方法换药 ,观察两组患者术腔清洁时间。结果 :术腔清洁MEBO换药组平均需 6 .8d ,传统组平均需 11.3d ,两组疗效差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :鼻内镜术后MEBO有助于手术创面的愈合和缩短鼻腔清洁的时间更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative effect of MEBO in postoperation of endoscopic sinus surgery for treating chronic sinusitis. Method: 60 patients with chronic sinusitis were performed two-side endoscopic sinus surgery, one side nasal cavity was given MEBO by random, the other side was given dressing change in conditional way. The average cleaning time of nasal cavity in two groups was observed.Result: The average cleaning time of nasal cavity in MEBO group was 6.8d and in the control group was 11.3d (P<0.05). Conclusion: MEBO can reduce the healing time of wound and reduce the cleaning time of nasal cavity in postoperation of endoscopic sinus surgery.更多还原
