【摘要】 目的 :分析颅脑外伤合并视神经损伤的原因、发生率、损伤机理及临床表现。方法 :回顾分析颅脑外伤 2 4 2例中合并视神经损伤 12例的临床资料。结果 :颅脑外伤 2 4 2例中 4 8例合并各种眼外伤 ,包括眼球破裂、眶骨骨折、球后血肿等。合并视神经损伤 12例 ,其中视神经断裂 3例 ,视神经挫伤 9例 ,占颅脑外伤的4 .95 % ,占合并眼外伤的 2 5 % ,5例失明 ,7例均有不同程度的视力障碍及视野缺损或偏盲。结论 :治疗颅脑外伤 ,眼科和神经外科医生需密切配合 ,掌握救治视神经损伤的最佳时机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the cause,incidence rate, mechanism of injury,clincal appearance of craniocerebral injury combined with optic nerve injury.Method: The clinical data of 12 cases of craniocerebral injury combined with optic nerve injury were analyzed retrospectively. Result: In 242 cases of craniocerebral injury ,12 cases(4.95%)were optic nerve injury,in which 5 cases lost sight,and 7 cases had sight disturbance or incomplete coverage. Conclusion: In the treatment of craniocerebral injury,it is necessary to emphasize the corporation of ophthalmologist and neurosurgeon,and seize the proper time of treatment.更多还原
