【摘要】 目的 :探讨采用内镜技术切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果。方法 :为鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤 11例施行鼻内镜手术 ,术后随访 6～ 70个月。结果 :11例均在鼻内镜下完整地切除肿瘤 ,无复发。结论 :鼻内镜手术不仅对局限的鼻腔前部内翻性乳头状瘤有良好的效果 ,而且对广泛侵犯到后组筛窦和蝶窦的内翻性乳头状瘤有较好的治疗效果 ,术后复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinic significance of the intranasal endoscopic approach in treatment of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Method:Eleven patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were operated by endoscopic surgery.There were 10 males and 1 female,ranging in age from 32 to 68 years old.The period of follow-up was 6～70 months.Result:No one recurred in the follow-up period. Conclusion:The endoscopic surgery technique is proved successfully in the treatment of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, even in large lesions affecting the posterior ethmoid sinus or the sphenoid sinus.Patients with inverted papilloma would benefit from this surgical technique,which remaine minimally invasive and prevent damage the patients′ cosmetic features.更多还原
