【摘要】 目的 :观察拟手术治疗的耳鼻喉疾病患者伴发抑郁症的情况 ,分析可能的影响因素。方法 :运用ZUNG抑郁自评量表调查 15 6例患耳鼻喉疾病拟手术患者伴发抑郁症的情况 ,依据患者的年龄、性别、文化程度、罹患疾病的性质 ,拟手术的规模大小等因素进行分组研究 ,应用SPSS10 .0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果 :4 0 .4 %的耳鼻喉疾病患者合并有不同程度的抑郁症。伴发中、重度抑郁症者占 14 .74 % ;女性患者 ,大学或大学以上文化程度的患者 ,小学文化程度和文盲患者 ,罹患肿瘤性疾病的患者伴发抑郁症的比例较高 ;手术规模、患者是否明确进一步治疗的方案则不影响是否合并抑郁症。结论 :耳鼻喉疾病拟手术患者伴发抑郁症的比例较高 ,性别、文化程度、疾病性质是主要的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the prevalence of mental depression in patients undergoing ear-nose-throat operations.Method: One hundred and fifty-six patients who had undergone ear-nose-throat operations were observed . Each patient filled in the self rating depression scale(SDS) as the baseline data.Result:40.4% of these patients had mental depression . The major factors for the prevalence of mental depression were sex , educational background and malignant diseases.Conclusions: A certain proportion of patients undergoing ear-nose-throat operations has mental depression . It is important to recognize and treat for this symptom.更多还原
