CD44V6及p53蛋白在喉癌中表达的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究CD4 4V6 和p5 3在喉癌患者中的表达。方法 :将喉鳞状上皮癌 30例术中取的肿瘤中心组织及癌旁 >0 .5cm“正常”黏膜组织新鲜标本分为 2组。 1组行常规病理定性分析及分级 ,1组用流式细胞仪分析。“正常”组织镜检未发现肿瘤细胞。流式细胞术测定喉癌中心、癌旁“正常”组织中CD4 4V6 及p5 3蛋白的表达。分析各部位CD4 4V6 和p5 3表达有无差异 ,不同临床分期 ,组织学分级 ,淋巴结有无转移之间CD4 4V6 与p5 3表达有无差异。分析CD4 4V6 与p5 3表达在各期肿瘤及不同分化的肿瘤中有无相关性。结果 :肿瘤组织中CD4 4V6 及p5 3表达均高于癌旁“正常”组织 (P <0 .0 1)。不同分化程度 ,各临床分期 ,有或无淋巴结转移各组间p5 3的表达及在各临床分期各组间CD4 4V6 表达差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。在低分化组与中分化组 ,低分化组与高分化组 ,有与无淋巴结转移组间CD4 4V6 的表达差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。p5 3蛋白与CD4 4V6 分子间表达无相关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,CD4 4V6 的表达与有无淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 1) ,不同组织分化程度 (P <0 .0 5 )有等级相关关系。结论 :在喉鳞状上皮细胞癌组织中p5 3及CD4 4V6 异常过度表达。p5 3及CD4 4V6 在喉鳞状上皮细胞癌的发生发展中是独立事件。CD4 4V6 与
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of the CD44V 6 & p53 molecules in LSCCs.Methods. 30 pairs of fresh samples taken from 30 patients with LSCCs during surgery ,each pair of sample contains one peace of tissue taken from the center of the tumor and one "normal" membrane taken from larynx away from the tumor edge above 0.5cm. The expression of p53 and CD44V 6 were tested by flow cytometric immunology(FCMI) technique. Results: The expression of CD44V 6 and p53 in tumor tissue were much higher than in "normal" tissue (P<0.01). There were no significant difference in the groups of T-stage, differentiation degree and metastasis for p53 expression and in the groups of T-stage for CD44V 6 expression(P>0.05). There were significant difference between low-grade and middle-grade, low-grade and high-grade, had lymph metastasis and no lymph metastasis (P<0.05,P<0.01). There was no correlation between p53 and CD44V 6 expression in tumor tissue(P>0.05) but there was correlation between lymph metastasis and no lymph metastasis (P<0.01) , and in the differentiation degree in the tumor tissue expression of CD44V 6(P<0.05). Conclusion:There are over expression of CD44V 6 & p53 but there is no correlation between in LSCCs. High expression of CD44V 6 may suggest an increased risk for local neck nodes metastasis in LSCCs . It indicates that neck dissection and compound therapy should be applied.
