【摘要】 目的 :探讨树突状细胞 (dendriticcells ,DC)、郎格罕氏细胞 (Langerhan′scells ,LC)在声带息肉浸润中的意义。方法 :选择息肉样变性 30例和增生型息肉 30例石蜡标本重新制备 ,用免疫组化技术SABC法作S- 10 0单克隆抗体染色和HE染色 ,进行定量检测。结果 :息肉样变型组息肉上皮内的DC/LC浸润密度平均为 1.4 0± 1.0 3个 /16HP ,间质内的DC浸润密度平均为 11.10± 4 .0 7个 /16HP。增生型组的息肉上皮内的DC浸润密度平均为 0 .73± 1.0 8个 / 16HP ,间质内的DC浸润密度平均为 3.13± 2 .78个 / 16HP。两组息肉内DC/LC浸润密度差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :声带息肉中DC/LC浸润密度与声带息肉的预后及临床分型有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the significance of dendritic cells(DC)and Langerhan′s cells(LC) infiltrating in polyps of vocal cord.Method:The DCs and LCs were observed by immunohistochemical method with the use of anti-S-100 protein antibody in 30 cases of polyp of vocal cord with hyperplasia and 30 cases of it without hyperplasia.Result:The difference of the infiltration of DC/LC in the 2 groups was statistically significant( P<0.05) in the epithelium, so in the interstitium too(P<0.01).Conclussion: It is possible that the highly infiltrating of DC/LC is one of the causes in development of polyps of vocal card. The polyp of vocal cord with hyperplasia is possible to become into laryngeal carcinoma.更多还原
