【摘要】 目的 :评价Pearson喉次全切除术用于治疗晚期喉癌的疗效。方法 :对 15例T3喉癌患者行Pearson手术 ,用残喉重建发音管。结果 :术后 12例发声满意 ,3例发音管闭锁 ;3年生存率为 6 6 .7%。结论 :喉次全切除术的成功在于获得良好发声 ,关键是保留喉返神经对发音管的支配 ,并遵循肿瘤外科原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Pearson subtotal laryngectomy in advanced laryngocarcinoma. Method: 15 patients with T 3 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were performed Pearson′s operation, and were reconstructed voice production fistula with residual larynx. Result: 12 patients obtained satisfied voice volume, 3 patients had their voice production fistula closed,the 3-year survival rate was 66.7%. Conclusion: Successful subtotal laryngectomy is based on whether patients have better vocal function or not, the key is keeping recurrent laryngeal nerve to control voice production fistula and insisting on tumor surgery principle.更多还原
