【摘要】 目的 :探讨在鼻内窥镜下用电动吸割器切除腺样体治疗成人慢性腺样体炎的疗效。方法 :局麻下在鼻内窥镜引导下用电动吸割器将腺样体组织迅速切割、磨碎、吸出。吸力为 0 .0 4～ 0 .0 5mPa。结果 :4 8例成人慢性腺样体炎术后 2周症状改善率为 71.4 %～ 91.7%。术后 0 .5～ 2年无复发或加重者。结论 :鼻内窥镜下用电动吸割器切除腺样体安全、方便、出血少、愈合快 ,是治疗成人慢性腺样体炎的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of adenoidectomy by powered microdebrider under endoscopic surgery in treating adult chronic adenoiditis. Methods: Adenoids tissues were sucked directly by 0.04～0.05mPa into lateral opening of power microdebrider which was guided by endoscope under local anesthesia. In this operation, the adenoids tissues were cut, crushed and sucked by high speed rotary knife. Among 48 cases for adult chronic adenoiditis, there were 27 males and 21 females, ranging from 19 to 48 years old, which suffered from chronic adenoiditis over 3 years. Results: The successful rate of adenoidectomy by powered microdebrider under endoscopic surgery for adults chronic adenoiditis was 71.4% to 91.7%. No recurrence or worsened one was found after a followed up of 0.5～2 years after operation. Conclusion: Complete removal of the disease adenoid tissues by powered microdebrider under endoscopic surgery in adults shows some advantages, such as simple, safety, less bleeding, healing quickly and available.更多还原
