【摘要】 目的 :评价硫糖铝在扁桃体摘除术后止痛止血 ,促进白膜迅速覆盖 ,减少出血和感染的效果。方法 :4 0例扁桃体摘除术后患者局部含嗽硫糖铝冷混悬液 ,并与对照组 30例对比疗效。结果 :治疗组疼痛减轻总有效率为 95 % ,对照组术后 2 4h无咽痛明显减轻病例。扁桃体窝白膜覆盖开始脱落平均为 4 .8± 0 .5d ,对照组为 6 .1± 0 .6d ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :硫糖铝冷混悬液服用简便 ,效果确切 ,副作用小 ,是扁桃体摘除术后止痛、止血 ,促进黏膜恢复的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of sucralfate in relieving pain and stopping bleeding after tonsillectomy.Method:40 patients were given sucralfate suspension by keeping in mouths and gargling and compared with the controls of 30 cases without sucralfate suspension. Results:The total effective rate was 95% in sucralfate suspension group in relieving pains.The average time before the membrane covered the cuts and began to come off was 4.8±0.5d,compared with 6.1±0.6d of the controls. The difference was obvious(P<0.01). Conclusion:Sucralfate suspension is safe and effect with little side effects in relieving pains, stopping bleeding and promoting the recovery of the membrane for patients accepting tonsillectomy.更多还原
