【摘要】 目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜手术过程中中鼻甲前缘与上颌窦额突、中鼻甲下缘与下鼻甲上缘的最适距离 ,以进一步提高鼻窦炎的治愈率。方法 :将 15 6例患者分为A组 ,即中甲未处理组 ,B组 ,即中甲成形组 ,C组 ,即中甲缺失组 ,进行术后疗效分析。结果 :A、B2组治愈率分别为 5 3.33%和 84 .88% (P <0 .0 1) ,C组治愈率为 4 5 .0 0 % ,与B组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :通过 3组比较表明 ,术中按中甲前缘与上颌窦额突、中甲下缘与下鼻甲上缘的距离≥ 5mm行中甲成形术 ,可明显提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To increase the cure rate of sinusitis by studying the most suitable distance between the front border of middle turbinate and the frontal process of maxilla, between the inferior border of middle turbinate and the superior border of inferior turbinate in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).Method:156 cases were divided into A group (the middle turbinate had not been treated), B group (the middle turbinate had been treated), and C group (the middle turbinate had been lacked),then the effect were analyzed.Result:The cure rate of A,B,C group was 53.33%,84.88% and 45.00% respectively.There were evident difference between the three groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The cure rate of sinusitis can be increased when the distance between the front border of middle turbinate and the frontal process of maxilla, between the inferior of middle turbinate and the superior border of inferior turbinate are more than 5mm in FESS.更多还原
