【摘要】 目的 :探讨内窥镜直视下咽鼓管导管插管治疗咽鼓管阻塞性病变的可行性和优缺点。方法 :局部麻醉下对 5 2例、6 8耳进行了内窥镜直视下咽鼓管导管插管治疗 ,其中分泌性中耳炎 39例 ,慢性单纯性中耳炎 13例。结果 :术后随访 6个月至 1年 ,治愈率为 92 .3% (4 8 5 2 ) ,好转率为 7.7% (4 5 2 ) ,总有效率为 10 0 %。术后 9例出现轻度耳痛 ,3例涕中带血丝 ,1～ 2d后消失。结论 :内窥镜下咽鼓管插管可在直视下进行 ,定位准确 ,易掌握插管的方向和深度 ,创伤小 ,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the possibility, advantages and disadvantages of catheterization with nasal endoscopy for treatment of obstructive disorders of eustachium.Methods:52 cases (68 ears) with secretory otitis media (39 cases) or chronic otitis media simplex(13 cases) were treated with this method and followed up for 6～12 months.Result:48 cases (92.3%) were cured and 4 cases (7.7%) improved. Slight ear-ache was complained in 9 cases and little blood in nasal discharge was found in 3 cases after treatment.Conclusion:This technique can be manipulated easily, accurately with less injury, better effect compared with blind catheterization.更多还原
