方坯连铸结晶器内钢液三维流场的数值模拟
Three Dimensional Flow Field Numerical Simulation of Molten Steel in Billet Mold
【摘要】 针对方坯连铸结晶器内钢液的流动特征,建立三维有限差分模型,利用商业软件PHOENICS对方坯连铸结晶器内钢液流动进行数值模拟。通过计算,分析了直筒型浸入式水口插入深度对结晶器内钢液流场的影响,认为150mm的插入深度是较合理的设计方案。
【Abstract】 Puts forward a method of designing a varied structure and intellectual adjuster. It applies to heaters which have characteristics of nonlinearity, large inertia and disturbed easily by environment. It can switch intellectually by identifying mode , increase the ability of anti-jamming and enhance rapidity of system’s response .The experiment shows that the control result has been obviously improved .
