热装炉温度对Q345B连铸坯组织的影响
Effects of Hot Charging Temperature on the Microstructures of Continuous Casting Slab of Q345B Steel
【摘要】 通过热模拟试验和金相检验 ,研究了热装炉温度对Q3 45B钢连铸坯组织的影响。结果表明 :在 95 0~ 10 5 0℃热装时 ,热装炉组织和开轧组织的晶粒平均直径明显大于室温装炉开轧组织 ;75 0~ 85 0℃热装时 ,开轧组织为混晶状态 ;75 0℃以下热装时 ,开轧组织的晶粒平均直径与室温装炉开轧组织相似 ;高温装炉时 ,随装炉温度降低 ,开轧组织的晶粒平均直径略为增大 ,两相区或低温装炉时 ,装炉温度对开轧组织晶粒平均直径影响不大。
【Abstract】 Through hot simulation research and metallographic test, the effects of the hot charging temperature on the microstructures of continuous casting slabs of Q345B steel have studied. The results show that, when the hot charging temperature lies between 950~1050℃, the average diameters of microstructures for hot charging and beginning rolling are even bigger than that for cold charging; when the hot charging temperature lies between 750~850℃, the microstructures for beginning rolling consist of mixed grains; when the hot charging temperature lies below 750℃, the average diameters of the microstructures for beginning rolling are similar with that for cold charging; when hot charging temperature lies austenitic range, the average diameter of microstructures for beginning rolling increases with its decrease, and except for the case, hot charging temperature does not influences the average diameter of microstructure for beginning rolling.
