【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法控制二甲双胍中双氰胺杂质的限量。经实验证明,该方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。

【Abstract】 HPLC was used in the determination of Dicyandia mide in Metformin hydrochloride.The results showed that this method was acc urate and highly reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of the products.
