【摘要】 目的　探讨杜仲皮与叶的最佳采收期。方法　通过对杜仲皮和叶在不同季节总浸出物含量及有效成分的测定,比较在不同季节的差异。结果　不同季节的杜仲皮其浸出物总量及有效成分没有显著差异,而杜仲叶则有明显差异,以夏季为最高。结论　杜仲皮在春季、夏季、秋季均可采收,而杜仲叶以夏季 8～ 9月采收为最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the optimum harvesting time for the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoids.Methods Compared the total extract weight and the effective composition content in the barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoids which were collected in different seasons. Results The total extract weight and the effective composition content in the Eucommia ulmoids barks collected in different seasons are similar.There is significant deviation in the Eucommia ulmoids leaves,and the leaves collected in Summer is the best. Conlusion Eucommia ulmoids barks may be collected in Spring, Summer and Autumn, but the best harvesting time of Eucommia ulmoids leaves is from August to September.更多还原
