【摘要】 目的　建立茵栀黄颗粒主要有效成分黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法　样品水溶液经聚酰胺柱层析初步分离后 ,用高效液相色谱法 ,C18柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (4 7∶5 3∶0 2 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 78nm。结果　平均回收率为 98 15 % ,RSD =1 2 % (n =6 )。精密度、稳定性及回收率均良好。结论　本法简便、准确、可行 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to determine Baicalin in Yinzhihuang Keli.Methods The sample solution was purified by polymide column chromatography first, and then HPLC was used to determine Baicalin with C₁₈ column and methol-water-phosphoric acid （47∶52∶0.2） as mobile phase. The detective wave-length was 278nm.Results The average recovery rate was 98.1%, RSD= 1.2% （n=6）. Precision, stability and recovery were excellent.Conlusion This method was simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of Baicalin in Yinzhihuang Keli.更多还原
