【摘要】 本试验对注射用复方甘草酸单铵进行了过敏性、溶血性和血管刺激性试验。结果表明:注射用复方甘草酸单铵对豚鼠无致敏作用,对家兔红细胞无明显体外溶血及致凝集作用,对家兔血管无明显刺激作用,亦未引起血管周围组织明显病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reaction of injected compound Ammonium Glycyrrhetate on Guinea pig irritability, hemolysis andstimulation on blood vessel of rabbit was studied. The result showed that no hypersensitive action was found on Guineapig.The hemolysis, agglomeration on vitro-body red cell and the stimulation on blood vessel of rabbit were not obvious,as well as not induced obviously pathological changes around blood vessel.更多还原
