【摘要】 目的　建立测定左旋卡尼汀注射液含量的HPLC法。方法　采用C18色谱柱,以庚烷磺酸钠 0 6 g,加 0 0 5mol·L-1的磷酸盐缓冲液(取磷酸 11 5ml,加水 190 0ml,用 1mol·L-1氢氧化钠约 10 0ml调节 pH值至 2 4,即得)90 0ml使溶解,加甲醇10 0ml作为流动相,检测波长 2 2 5nm;结果　左旋卡尼汀在浓度 1 2mg ml-1～ 3 2mg ml-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0 9999。平均回收率:99 94 %,RSD =0 75 %。结论　本方法快速,准确,可用于左旋卡尼汀注射液的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective HPLC was developed for the determination of Levocarnitine Injection. Methods Phenomenex ODS-3 C 18 column, with sodium octanesulfonate 0.6g, which is dissolved in 900ml of 0.05mol·L -1 phospate buffer (11.5ml of phosphoric acid and 1900ml of water, adjusting pH to 2.4 with about 100ml of 1mol·L -1 sodium hydroxide) and 200ml of methanol, as mobile phase. The detective wave-length was 225nm. Results The linear range was 1.2～3.2mg·ml -1, and r was 0.9999. The average recovery rate was 99.94%, and RSD was 0.75%. Conclusion This method is quick and accurate for the quality control of Levocarnition Injection.更多还原
