【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法测定补肾强身片中淫羊藿苷的含量 ,以C18化学键合硅胶柱分离淫藿苷 ,以乙腈 -水 -醋酸(2 5∶75∶1)为流动相 ,UV检测波长 2 70nm进行测定。淫羊藿苷峰与其它组分峰的分离度为 6 0 ,理论塔板数以淫羊藿苷计算为 12 5 0 0 ;方法的平均回收率为 97 6 % ,RSD为 0 5 % (n =5 ) ,淫羊藿苷进样量与吸收面积分值呈良好的线性关系。线性范围 0 2 5～ 2 5 μg。本法测定补肾强身片中淫羊藿苷的含量 ,结果准确 ,重复性好更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of Epimedium licariine in Bushenqiangshen tablet was determined by HPLC.Baicalin was separated by C18-silica gel column with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (25:75:1) as the eluent , UV determination wave-length was 270nm.The peaks of Epimedium licariine and other components were well separated , R=6.0 , n=12500 ; average recovery of the method was 97.6% , RSD=0.5%(n=5) , the content of Epimedium licariine showed good linear relation with peak areas , linearity range was 0.25-2.5μg.This method was correct and suitable for Epimedium licariine content determination in Bushenqiangshen tablet.更多还原
