【摘要】 为探讨难治性癫痫的临床及病理特征 ,对 2 6例难治性癫痫患者的发病、病理、临床表现、诊断标准及术前评估等进行分析和总结。结果发现 ,儿童期特别是 1岁以内发病、癫痫发作频繁、复杂部分性发作和 (或 )同时具有多种癫痫发作类型等是难治性癫痫的主要临床特征 ,退行性神经元损伤和反应性胶质细胞增生是其共同的病理特征。结果提示 :难治性癫痫具有某些共同的临床和病理特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim was to analyze and conclude some of clinical and pathological features of intractable epilepsy. The research mainly analyzed the etiology, clinical performance, pre-surgical evaluations and pathology of 26 intractable epilepsy patients. Results: Children stage onset of seizure (especially<1 year), complex partial seizure alone or combining with other type of seizures were all common clinical features; while degenerative neuron damages and reactive neuronglia were the common pathological changes.
