【摘要】 目的:研究食管鳞癌中cyclin D1蛋白的表达,探讨其与临床病理参数的关系及对患者预后的判断价值。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测62例食管鳞癌组织标本中cyclin D1的表达水平。结果:①cyclin D1的表达与性别、年龄、远处转移情况无相关性(P>0.05),与肿瘤长径、食管壁浸润程度、淋巴结转移情况、pTNM分期、肿瘤分化程度呈正相关关系(P<0.05);②高表达组患者的术后3年生存率明显低于低表达组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:cyclin D1表达与反映食管鳞癌恶性度的临床病理参数呈正相关关系,是预后评价因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:TO study the relationship of cyclin D1 with clinicopathological parametersand prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.Methods:The expression of cyclinD1 was detected in 62 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinomas by immunohistochemistry.Results:Cyclin D1 expression was correlated with the size,the depth of invasion,the lymph node metastasis,thepTNM stages,and the degrees of differentiation,but not with sex,age and the distant metastasis.Thesurvival rate of high expression group was significantly higher than that of low expression group.Con-clusion:Cyclin D1 is correlated positively with the clinicopathological parameters reflecting the malignantbiological behavior,and can be used as a significant prognostic predictor in univariate analysis.更多还原
