【摘要】 以4个冬小麦品种的成熟胚为外植体进行离体培养,研究了品种、不同激素组合以及不同预处理等因素对愈伤组织形成及分化的影响.结果表明,代表不同基因型的品种是影响离体培养的重要因素,成熟胚愈伤组织的诱导使用4mg/L的2,4 D浓度较为有利,在MS+KT1mg/L+6 BA2mg/L培养基上分化率较高.低温及CaCl2预处理对成熟胚愈伤组织的影响与小麦品种有关.更多还原

【Abstract】 Mature embryos of four kinds of winter wheat breeds were used as explants to culture in vitro. Effect of genotype and other factors such as pretreatment and hormones on callus formation and differentiation of mature embryos was investigated. The results show that genotype is the most important factor affecting the callus generation. It is propitious in formation and differentiation of callus from mature embryos of wheat to be cultured in the MS medium with 4 mg/L 2,4-D. The ratio of differentiation is higher when cultured in a medium of MS+KT1 mg/L +6-BA2 mg/L, and the effects of pretreatment of low temperature or CaCl₂ are related to wheat breed.更多还原
