【摘要】 采用化学共沉淀法在TiO2表面包覆掺锑氧化锡,制备复合导电粉.利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品的形貌进行观察.考察了制备条件,如SnCl4·5H2O用量、Sb掺杂量、反应的pH值、温度、煅烧温度等对复合粉体电阻率的影响.

【Abstract】 Composite TiO2/Sb X Sn1- X O2 conductive powder has been prepared by a chemical coprecipitation, in which TiO2 superfine particles were coated by antimony doped tin dioxide. The morphology of the sample was observed with a transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effect of preparation conditions such as the amount of tin tetrachloride hydrated, the amount of antimony oxide doped, pH value, reaction temperature, and calcination temperature, on the electrical resistivity of composite powder is studied.
