光热偏转技术研究双钙钛矿Sr2MMoO6的热学参量
Thermal parameters of double perovskite Sr2MMoO6 studied by photo-thermal deflection technique
【摘要】 用光热偏转技术研究钼基双钙钛矿结构的Sr2MMoO6(M=Fe,Mn)的热扩散率及载流子掺杂对Sr2-xLaxFeMoO6(0≤x≤0.4)晶体热扩散率的影响.实验表明光热偏转技术是研究材料性质的一种有效方法.
【Abstract】 The thermal diffusivity has been investigated in mo-based double perovskite Sr2MMoO6(M=Fe,Mn) by photo-thermal deflection technique. We further investigate carrier doping effects of thermal diffusivity in Sr2-xLaxFeMoO6(0≤x≤0.4).The results indicate photo-thermal deflection technique is a important method studying the materials properties.
