【Abstract】 The article mainly discusses the coexistence of the dependent directorate and intendancy. The companies adopt the one-member management in China. The intendancy is set up under the directorate. However, there are many problems: information barrier, resources deficiency, right limitation, shortage of the supervision motivation and etc. All of these will interfere the directorate and the intendancy from working successfully. According to the analysis, this article makes the conclusion that the principle of dependent directorate will improve the development of the intendancy. And it not only makes them compatible but also contributes to their own characteristics.更多还原
