【摘要】 素质教育要求 2 1世纪的化学教师应该具备良好的道德品质 ,全新的教育观念 ,扎实的专业基础 ,过硬的实验技能 ,精湛的教学艺术和较强的科研能力 .

【Abstract】 The stuff education are required chemical teacher to have favorablemoral character,complete new education viewpoint,well-knit groundwork of speciality,proficient experiment technologu,exquisite teaching art and strong scientific research ability in the 21th century.
