【Abstract】 Hepatic stem cells have an ability of self-renewal and can differeentiate into a wide range of cell types including hepatocytes,bile epithelial cells,pancreatic cells and intestinal epithelial cells in condition that liver w as injured severely by various cause while mature hepatocyte replication was inhibited,In this paper,we review the classification,identification marker,origin,isolation method of liver stem cell,and also describe its advances in human liver disease.更多还原
