【摘要】 建立测定脑正清冲剂中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法 .方法 :KromasilC1 8色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm 5 μm) ,以甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,流速为 1 0mL min ,检测波长为 2 30nm .柱温 :室温 .结果 :芍药苷在 0 5 0 5～ 4 0 0 0 μg范围内峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好 (r =0 9992 ) ,平均回收率为 98 36 % ,RSD为 1 4 8% (n =5 ) .结论 :该方法准确、简便、快速 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method of RHPLC for determination of Paeoniflorin in Naozhengqing.Methods:The column used was a kromasil C 18 (250?mm×4 6?mm,5?μm) packed with a 5?μm stationary phase. The mobil phase consisted of methanol water(25∶75), flow rate at 1 0?mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 230?nm and the whole determination was under room temperature.Result:The calibration was linear( r =0 9992) in the range of 0 505～4 000?μg for paeoniflorin, the average recovery of the method was 98 36%, RSD was 1 48%( n =5). Conclusion:The method is accurate, simple, rapid, high sensitivity and good repeat.更多还原
