【摘要】 分析了 6 0 0 0组人类DNA序列的碱基分布 ,根据DNA碱基的立方体和它的内接正四面体的对称性结构和三维塞尔宾斯基铺垫的一级结构补形的共同点 ,提出了人类DNA序列的碱基分布为边长是 6 4的正八面体 ,并且和Zhangetal.以前提出的半径为 1 4的球分布作了详细的比较 ,证明了本文的结论具有一定的合理性更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we analyze the distribution of based in human 6?000 DNA sequences.According to the common feature between the symmetry structure of DNA bases and the first structure of the three\|dimensional sierpinski gasket’s patch figure,we expound that the bases in human DNA sequences distribute in a regular\|octahedron whose edge length is 6/4,and compare with the distribution of sphere whose radius equal to 1/4 by Zhang et al.,and prove that our conclusion is rationalization.更多还原
