【Abstract】 Drug-polymer conjugates are potential candidates for drug targeted delivery system, especially anticancer agents to tumor tissue. As reported, drug-polymer conjugates display specific binding to tumor-related targets, exhibit selective cycotoxicity to target cancer cells. Now, some of drug-polymer conjugates are applied in clinical therapy. The principles of design of drug-polymers conjugates are discussed and reviewed and the development of the drug-polymer conjugates during the past five years and the further development in this research are also discussed.更多还原
