【Abstract】 Human IgG as a sensitive layer on silicon bio-chip was assembled for detecting anti-IgG by the specific affinity between the antigen and its antibody and the visualization of the binding by imaging ellipsometry. The quantitative measurements of anti-IgG show that this technique is capable of quantitive detections and can be used clinically in the future.更多还原
