高校就业指导的反思与创新

【Abstract】 Efficient employment guide is one of the key factors on solving the problem of severe job-seeking environment of the graduates.However,employment guide in domestic high school in nowadays cannot meet the actual needs.And it needs developing and innovating.Therefore,on the base of investigation,practice and rethink,this article summarize and draw on the experiences of western employment guide,and put forward the innovational suggestions and strategies of employment guide in domestic colleges and universities.更多还原
