南水北调西线工程对大渡河水电开发的影响分析

【摘要】 南水北调西线调水工程从大渡河支流调水25亿m3,对该河流的水电开发带来一定影响,调水减少了下泄水量,使大渡河流域的可开发水力资源减少;改变了径流的年内分配过程,使年内丰平枯期发电量结构发生变化,装机规模减小;上中游河段受影响大于下游。

【Abstract】 The West Line Project of South-to-North Water Transfer would take water of 2.5 billion m~3 from Dadu River to Yellow River basin.This project would have obvious effect on the hydropower development of Dadu River. The available water volume of transferred river decreases so that hydroelectric resources would go down. The annual and monthly discharge would have to be changed .The power generation of hydroplants would drop. Therefore, the installed capacity of plants would need to be adjusted in the future. In addition, the upstream of river would have more affected than the downstream.
