窄高型尾水管的设计参数估算方法研究

【摘要】 阐述了一种12号窄高型尾水管的设计方法。针对混流式水轮机,提出了一种根据其模型综合特性曲线和未来运行工况估算尾水管直锥段内的平均水流旋转角的方法,并依此来设计直锥段的高度和锥角。设计中侧重考虑非最优工况的转轮出口水流流态,使尾水管具有更高的平均效率和抑制压力脉动的性能。

【Abstract】 A designing method of 12~# narrow high draft tube was explain. An approximate calculation method was brought forward for Francis turbine. It used the combined characteristic curve and considered the practical operating condition in the future. The average rotating angle of flow in conical tube of the draft tube was calculated approximately. The optimum depth and cone angle of the conical tube was confirmed by the average rotating angle. The flow form at runner exit under the practical non-optimum operating condition is considered particularly. The average efficiency of the draft tube is increased. The performance of restraint pressure pulsation is improved.
