水分胁迫下玉米抗旱性与光合生理指标研究
Study on photosynthetic indexes and drought resistance of maize under water stress
【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,研究了水分胁迫下玉米不同基因型材料的多个性状指标的抗旱指数隶属度,并分析了叶片叶绿素含量、气孔导度、净光合速率与玉米抗旱性的相关关系。结果表明,叶绿素含量和净光合速率的抗旱指数与抗旱隶属度有真实的直线相关,可作为玉米抗旱性鉴定的评价指标,而气孔导度抗旱指数与抗旱隶属度没有真实的直线相关,用其进行玉米抗旱性鉴定的可靠性较差。对各指标间的相关性分析还表明,在中度水分胁迫下净光合速率下降与叶绿素含量下降有关,而与气孔导度无关。
【Abstract】 By pot culture experiment,the character indexes of different genotype maize materials were studied under normal and water stress conditions respectively.The relativity between photosynthetic indexes(chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance and net photosynthetic rate)and drought resistance was also analysed in maize.The results showed that both DI of chlorophyll content and DI of net photosynthetic rate had a linear correlation with drought resistance,and they can be used to evaluate drought resistance in maize.DI of stomatal conductance was not correlated to drought resistance.From the correlation analysis,the conclusion can be made that the decrease of net photosynthetic rate under moderate water stress was correlated to the decrease of chlorophyll content,not the decrease of stomatal conductance.
