贵州白山羊板皮品质研究

【摘要】 通过对贵州白山羊板皮质量的研究表明,板皮鲜皮重(1 975±0 47)kg,皮张面积为(3963 06±541 69)cm2,肩部皮肤厚度为(2576 32±287 39)μm,肩部与体侧、股部的厚度差异不大,比较均匀;在组织结构上,表皮层占皮厚的0 4%~1 0%,真皮层占99 0%,乳头层占真皮的41 5%,网状层占真皮的58 5%,表皮层均匀;真皮层中毛囊群间隙较大;弹性纤维细,分布均匀。板皮的脂肪含量为3 55%,抗张强度为2 24g·mm-2,伸长率60%,这些指标均达到轻工部的标准。

【Abstract】 Guizhou white goat is a chief breed of goats raised in Guizhou province, mostly for meat purpose,it is also skinned as commercial product for market demand. An estimated annual output of 200 000 skins has been obtained recently. This article aims to study the skins quality.The results are as follows: The weight of peltry is (1.975±0.47)kg; the goat skin covers a space of (3 963.06±541.69)cm2; the skins thickness on shoulders comes to (2 576.32±287.39)μm, and there is no significant difference in thickness on shoulder, bodyside and thigh areas. In analysing the tissue composition of skins, it is found that epidermis takes up 0.4%-1.0% of the skin thickness, while dermis takes up 99.0% of the thickness. Within the dermis, 41.5% is nipple tissue and 58.5% is netted tissue. Epidermis tissue is well-distributed, with broad space and delicate spongy fibre. It is also found that for the skins, its fat content is 3.55%, resisting intensity 2.24g·mm-2, expansion rate 60%, all of these features conforming to the standards designated by nationality light industry department. As is shown by the results from the experiment, the skin of Guizhou white goat is of high quality, providing as ideal material for making dress, shoes and bags. As it is in great demand in the commercial market, raising this white goat, will certainly contribute to the development of economy in Guizhou’s mountainous regions.
