高校教师应注意健康投资,提高抗应激能力
Investment of teachers to health for resistance from emergency
【摘要】 随着教育事业的不断发展,高校教师承担着繁重的教学和科研任务,受到来自于生活、学习、工作及家庭的各种应激因素的影响,因此要想拥有一个健康的体魄,必须注意健康投资,提高抗应激能力。
【Abstract】 The teachers in colleges undertake more and more tasks with the development of education and they are influenced by various burdens.Thus,to be healthy is very mecessary for them to protect themselves from the tired work and emergency.
