结垢换热面流体流动特性对于污垢热阻的影响研究
Study of the influence of the fluid characteristics on fouling resistance on heat transfer surface
【摘要】 本文在介绍换热表面污垢热阻数学模型的基础上,分析了换热器结垢工况下的污垢热阻的变化,重点研究了流体雷诺数Re和流体—污垢界面温度Ts对污垢热阻的影响。得到了冷却水流速与污垢热阻之间的关系式,界面温度Ts与污垢热阻和换热系数之间关系的示意图。
【Abstract】 In this paper, on the basis of introducing mathematic model of fouling resistance on the heat transfer surface, we analyze the variation of fouling resistance due to the conditions of fouling. The influences of Re and interface temperature T(s) on fouling resistance are specially studied. The relationship between water’s flow velocity and fouling resistance, the sketch map between interface temperature, fouling resistance and heat transfer coefficient are obtained.
