含颗粒宾汉流体密相两相湍流的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of turbulent two-phase flow of Bingham fluid with particles
【摘要】 阐述了宾汉流体控制方程的特点,研究了宾汉流体屈服应力和塑性粘度的变化对两相流动的影响。随着屈服应力的增加,宾汉流体与颗粒相速度的主流速度减小。随着塑性粘度的增加,宾汉流体和颗粒相的主流速度分布出现了与屈服应力带来的影响的相反趋势。对带颗粒的宾汉流体的两相流流动与液固两相流流动做了比较,宾汉流体的两相流流动的两相速度比液固两相流流动的两相速度的分布平坦。
【Abstract】 The character of Bingham governing equation is expounded; the effect of the yield stress and plastic viscosity on the two-phase flow is studied. With the increasing of the yield stress, the velocities of Binghamand particle decrease, but with the increasing of the plastic viscosity, the velocities of Binghamand particle increase. Compared the two-phase flow of Bingham-solid with liquid-solid, it is found that the velocity of Bingham-solid is flatter than that of liquid-solid.
