【Abstract】 By means of cross-experiments and further optimizing of the process, a new chromate-free chemical process via two blackening steps was brought forward in this paper. A pure and even black surface film on casting aluminum alloy was obtained, which has a strong cohesion force. The method has characteristics of no toxicity, no pollution and good corrosion resistance. So it has a bright appl ication future.更多还原
